It’s fast casual dining, where your meal is served on a sizzling cast iron pan. It kinda feels like a personal teppanyaki meal with you as the chef. You can let your meat and additions cook to your liking and then chow down. There is a popular chain in Asia, and now Canada called Pepper Lunch that I believe IronSteak may have been inspired by.
Before I go into further detail, I do want to preface this by saying they have updated their menu and pricing since the time of my visit, which is great! Some of the things that I thought they could improve on, they did. I am looking forward to returning and trying out some of the new items. If you’d like to see, the updated menu check out their Facebook page here.

At every table, there were three signature sauces: Pineapple Teriyaki, Yuzu Garlic Soy, and House Chili. You can mix them together, use them individually or leave them out. I tasted all three and landed on the Pineapple Teriyaki and House Chili. All of the sauces were delicious, though.
Finally, after a short wait, our food had arrived. After watching the video, I knew exactly how to prepare my meal.
